A fast-growing fulfillment center is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager who is ready to work hard with an ‘I can do it’ attitude that will always find a way to overcome every obstacle. The individual will run and overview multiple warehouses from our HQ location and be responsible for all warehouse operations, including hiring, full setup, monitoring performance, and working with the local managers daily, plus constantly upgrade the process for efficiency and better performance.

Qualification:

· Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

· Highly skilled in problem-solving and analysis.

· Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Project management and time management skills.

· Tech-savvy and a quick learner

· Loyal and committed individual



Requirements

· 3+ years warehouse management experience

· 2+ years hiring experience

· Advanced knowledge in MS office

· Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases

· Hands-on experience in shipping software
